The Department founded in 1986 is spread in 14 acres land in the Law College premises, Amravati Road. It has

(i) a building having 340.67 Sq. m. built up area (ii) 400 mts cinder track. (2) Play grounds for Khokho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Handball, Football, Hockey and Cricket. (3) Indoor Halls for Table Tennis (Wooden and Cement) (4) Courts for Basketball and Tennis. (5) International standard Badminton courts (6) Sports Gallery around the Sports Pavilion, Basketball Pavilion (7) Flood lit Basketball Courts. (8) The Swimming Pool and (9) A multipurpose hall for gymnasium. The students are participating in various 37 sport events at National and International levels. Department gives formal postgraduate education to the students. Practically, the pupil participate in various National and International spot activities. Some of them have bagged gold and silver medals. In 2001, the University has successfully organized sport, culture mega-event, the 3rd Ashvamedh –2001.
